Q: Where do I find the description of each INNOVATE Registration option?
A: Click the arrow next to the ticket type in the registration section to read the description.
Q: Where do I enter my discount code?
A: After choosing your registration type, you will be lead to a 2nd page. Check the box next to where it says “I have a discount code” underneath the registration description. Enter your code and click Apply. The discount will be deducted from the total amount.
Q: Do I need a PayPal Account to register for INNOVATE?
A: No, you do not need a PayPal account to register. Once you select PayPal on the Checkout page, you will be redirected to PayPal’s site. From there you can either type in your PayPal credentials or click the button to check out as a guest.
Q: Can I pay by check for INNOVATE?
A: Yes. Simply select ‘Pay by Invoice’ option on the Checkout page and JMT will provide an invoice via email.
Q: What is the $4.99 extra charge for?
A: That is a payment processing fee for your registration.
Q: Will CPE Credits be made available?
A: Yes, each attendee can earn anywhere from 12 to 21 CPE Credits. Surveys must be completed for each session you attend.
Q: How do I pick my sessions for INNOVATE?
A: Our INNOVATE agenda will be available soon. We will send you information on how to pick your sessions.
Q: Will JMT be offering one-on-one time with consultants?
A: Yes. Sign-ups will be made available in the coming weeks as well.
Q: How do I book my hotel stay for INNOVATE 2018?
A: Your INNOVATE confirmation email contains a link to book your room at our special rate. Or, click the button below.
Q: What if I have special dietary needs or other specific requests?
A: Use the ‘Please list any dietary restrictions’ field on the registration information to let us know if you have any special dietary requests or other needs, such as an interpreter.
