Benefits – What We Provide
Paid Time Off – JMT provides eligible employees the opportunity for rest and relaxation away from work. The JMT Paid Time Off policy covers vacation, sick days, mental health days, time away to attend children’s school events, etc.
Paid Holidays – JMT follows the federal holiday schedule and provides an additional three floating holidays to ensure that our team members have the option of a 3-day weekend every month of their choosing. Floating holidays can also be used for religious holidays, cultural events, or a birthday.
Healthcare Benefits – JMT pays 90% of our full-time employee’s healthcare coverage for medical, dental, and vision. There are also opportunities to enroll in supplemental benefits. There is a 30-day waiting period for eligibility and the effective date occurs on the first day of the calendar month following completion of the 30 days of continuous employment.
Life Insurance – JMT provides a guaranteed issue $50,000 life insurance and AD&D policy to employees, 100% paid by JMT.
Supplemental Benefits – JMT also provides short-term and long-term disability insurance at no cost to the employee.
401k Plan – JMT offers a comprehensive 401k Plan administered through Principal. The company matches 100% of the first 4% of an employee contribution and all new employees are automatically enrolled in a 4% contribution after meeting a ninety (90) day eligibility period. All contributions are 100% fully vested with no vesting schedule. Changes to 401k contributions can be made on July 1 and January 1 of each calendar year.
Tuition Reimbursement – To keep our employees abreast of the latest, most advanced technologies and to foster an atmosphere of continuous learning, we provide educational opportunities for job-related training through online courses, in-house training, etc. We encourage our employees to become certified in technologies deemed necessary for performing their job.
