During this phase, your dedicated Project Team will work closely with you to discover and define your functional requirements. This may include designing your Chart of Accounts and system structure or mapping data for any necessary conversion.
Next, our implementation experts will configure and build your custom database, populating all master records, balances, and historical data along the way to ensure your system is ready to use on Day 1.
To ensure your organization's success, we'll validate test scripts, provide user training (in-person or virtual – whichever you prefer!) and give you the 'keys' to your brand new financial management system.
Through your first period close, you'll have the dedicated support of your implementation team to answer any questions you may have as you gain confidence working within your new system. From there, our expert Support team can handle any technical issues as they arise and your dedicated Client Account Manager will serve as your dedicated point of contact for all things JMT.
