An Update on Business Continuity Amid COVID-19 Impacts

Given the outbreak of COVID-19 and the impact it is having on the teams, organizations, and communities in which we serve, we wanted to take a moment to share our plans for ensuring business continuity with our valued nonprofit audience.

Availability of our Consultants and Support Team

JMT is an international company with employees in all departments equipped to work remotely and across all US time zones, along with a satellite office in Australia.  Our consultants are fully prepared to deliver highly educational and productive training experiences via web technology. At this time, we feel confident that our remote experience will match that of an in-person session and are suspending all travel for the safety of our clients and employees. We will closely monitor local and regional travel warnings and will provide a timely update when we feel as though onsite meetings no longer pose a risk to those involved.

For our EVP clients, our support team is still just a click away. Please be sure to check out our new support portal if you need to submit a support ticket. If you are not a current EVP subscriber and are interested in learning more about this premium tier of support, please click here.

The Future of INNOVATE 2020

For the safety of our clients, staff, and the residents of Connecticut, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to reschedule INNOVATE 2020 (previously scheduled to take place May 4-7 at Foxwoods Resort in Ledyard, CT). We have been keeping a close eye on governmental travel and event recommendations, and feel as though it is in everyone’s best interest to postpone to a date when large group activities are safe for all. Additionally, we have seen a trend in communications from our clients that leads us to believe that they are disappointed to not be able to attend during the planned date, and we want to make this valuable training opportunity accessible for all of our clients in its intended format. You can find more information here.

We know that there has been a lot of change this week for everyone, and our goal is to be a constant for our clients during this time of uncertainty. Our goals of helping nonprofits achieve their missions has not changed, and we will continue to serve them at the same high standard they have come to expect from us. While we wish we could connect with our clients and audience face-to-face, we are confident that our virtual interactions during this time will be equally informative and educational.

For our clients that had onsite training sessions scheduled for the coming weeks, our team will be reaching out to coordinate remote arrangements. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact us at clientsuccess@jmtconsulting.com or events@jmtconsulting.com with any questions or concerns you may have.
