AUSTIN, TX — JMT Consulting is pleased to announce that registration has formally opened for INNOVATE 2020, a four-day training and educational conference specifically tailored for nonprofit financial professionals. Taking place May 4-7, 2020 at Foxwoods Resort & Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, the event is open to all JMT Consulting clients, as well as anyone interested in nonprofit finance and technology. Attendees will be eligible for up to 21 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits.
INNOVATE 2020 is designed to meet the needs of professionals who work in a nonprofit accounting or finance team, from new staff members to senior leaders. It has been carefully curated for attendees to walk away with a better understanding of the software they already use and get first-hand exposure to the latest technological advancements and trends, arming them with the knowledge to build a sustainable future for their organization.
JMT is proud to offer various mix-and-match conference experiences for various attendee roles and experience levels:
- ENGAGE (Pre-Conference): This two-day workshop-style event on May 4 & 5 features three different session tracks for attendees to choose from — Community Brands MIP™, Sage Intacct, or Financial Planning and Analysis. ENGAGE will contain both lecture and hands-on training sessions, each guaranteed to provide attendees with fundamental knowledge related to their ERP or FP&A solution.
- INNOVATE: INNOVATE sessions are carefully designed for nonprofits of all sizes looking to streamline and optimize their back office processes. The main conference agenda (May 5-7) will feature both introductory and advanced training sessions related to fund accounting, budgeting, and add-on technology options. Attendees can also schedule dedicated, one-on-one instruction and support from JMT Consultants.
- Leadership Collaborative Track: This C-level curriculum (taking place within the INNOVATE agenda May 5-7) has been created specifically for nonprofit executives. Participants will gain valuable insights into the changing role of nonprofit leadership and the importance of becoming a data-driven nonprofit finance leader.
