Disability Rights Washington

Disability Rights Washington is a private non-profit organization that protects the rights of people with disabilities statewide. Their mission is to advance the dignity, equality, and self-determination of people with disabilities. They pursue justice on matters related to human and legal rights. They focus their legal resources on systemic cases which will improve service systems for people with disabilities.

They exist because society and service systems are not always fair or responsive to people with disabilities. They work for change in policies, laws, and systems that promote:

  • freedom from abuse and neglect;
  • legal rights;
  • adequately funded, appropriate supports and services; and
  • communities that involve everyone.

Disability Rights Washington has been a client of JMT since October 2023.

Children’s Tumor Foundation

Founded in 1978, the Children’s Tumor Foundation (CTF) began as the first grassroots organization solely dedicated to finding treatments for NF. Today, CTF is a highly recognized global nonprofit foundation and a leading force in the fight to end NF.

At the Children’s Tumor Foundation, they are working to better the lives of more than 4 million people who live with some type of neurofibromatosis or schwannomatosis. They envision a day when patients can live their lives free of the pain and difficulties that come with nerve tumors, and their innovative team-based approach to drug development is making that vision a reality. Children’s Tumor Foundation has been a client of JMT since May 2014.

Prospect Park Alliance

Prospect Park Alliance is the non-profit organization that sustains “Brooklyn’s Backyard,” working in partnership with the City of New York. The Alliance was founded in 1987 to help restore the park after a long period of deterioration and decline. Today, the Alliance provides critical staff and resources that keep the park green and vibrant for the diverse communities that call Brooklyn home. The Alliance cares for the woodlands and natural areas, restores the park’s buildings and landscapes, creates innovative Park destinations, and provides free or low-cost volunteer, education and recreation programs.

Today, Prospect Park is an international model for the care of urban parks, and one of the premier green spaces in the United States. Prospect Park Alliance has been a client of JMT since April 2007.
