Bridges Healthcare

Bridges Healthcare, Inc. is a nonprofit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) dedicated to offering comprehensive mental health, addiction recovery, and primary care services across Connecticut. Serving as the state-designated local mental health authority for regional communities including Milford, Orange, and West Haven, Bridges provides whole-person, integrated care for children, youth, adults, and families in a single location. Through outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, addiction management, and community outreach, the organization helps individuals navigate both severe mental illness and everyday life stressors, empowering vulnerable populations to build resilience, achieve recovery, and improve their overall quality of life. Bridges Healthcare has been a client of JMT since March 2006.

IMPACT, Inc.

IMPACT, Inc. is a nonprofit organization based in Middletown, Connecticut, dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Originally founded in 1955 as a grassroots initiative by local families, the multi-faceted organization provides comprehensive support services designed to foster independence, dignity, and self-advocacy. Through continuous residential housing programs, customized employment opportunities, adult day services, and community leisure activities, IMPACT, Inc. helps hundreds of adults with disabilities develop vital life skills, build meaningful relationships, and fully participate as valued members of their communities. IMPACT, Inc. has been a client of JMT since March 2013.

Leap Social Enterprise, Inc.

LEAP Social Enterprise, Inc. (LSE) is a nonprofit charter management organization dedicated to advancing educational equity, community development, and economic mobility for children and families in underserved communities. Founded to scale the “cradle-to-college” pipeline model established by the LEAP Academy University Charter School, LSE manages an expanding network of public charter schools, early learning centers, and family support programs across New Jersey and Puerto Rico. By pairing rigorous academics and college-readiness initiatives with holistic family services—including healthcare access, parental engagement, and socio-emotional support—the organization leverages high-quality public education as a vital catalyst for broad-based neighborhood transformation and long-term economic empowerment. LSE has been a client of JMT since June 2025.

Repair the World

Repair the World is a national nonprofit organization that mobilizes young Jewish adults and their peers to address urgent social issues through volunteering and community service. Founded in 2009, the organization anchors its social action programs in traditional Jewish values and reflective learning, targeting pressing challenges such as food insecurity, educational inequity, and housing instability. By partnering with local community organizations and operating specialized service corps across the United States, Repair the World works to meet critical community needs, strengthen local nonprofit capacity, and empower a new generation of leaders committed to lifelong civic engagement and social justice. Repair the World has been a client of JMT since September 2015.
