314 Action is a grassroots advocacy organization dedicated to electing scientists, engineers, and STEM professionals to public office at all levels of government. Named after the first three digits of pi, the organization operates on the belief that evidence-based policy and scientific integrity are essential to effective governance. By providing training, recruitment, and campaign support to candidates with technical backgrounds, 314 Action aims to bring a data-driven, analytical approach to the American legislative process and ensure that scientific expertise has a seat at the decision-making table. 314 Action has been a client of JMT since May 2025.
Model Cities of St Paul, Inc.Model Cities of St. Paul, Inc. is a community-based human services organization dedicated to promoting social justice, equity, and self-sufficiency for families and individuals in the St. Paul, Minnesota area. Established in 1967 as part of the federal Model Cities program, the agency provides a comprehensive range of integrated services, including supportive housing, crisis intervention, youth and family advocacy, and community development initiatives. By focusing its efforts primarily on the Frogtown and Summit-University neighborhoods, Model Cities works to revitalize the community through holistic support systems that address the root causes of poverty and foster long-term stability and health. Consumer Directed Choices (CDChoices) is a private, nonprofit corporation based in Albany, New York, that serves as a fiscal intermediary for the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). Founded on the principle of self-determination, the organization empowers seniors and people with disabilities to take full control of their home care by allowing them to recruit, hire, and manage their own personal assistants. By handling the administrative complexities of payroll, taxes, and benefits, CDChoices enables individuals to maintain their independence and receive care from trusted caregivers of their choosing within their own homes and communities. CDChoices has been a client of JMT since April 2018.
Heartland Church is a multi-ethnic, multi-generational faith community based in Fishers, Indiana, dedicated to helping people of all backgrounds discover their purpose and grow in their relationship with God. With a strong emphasis on community impact and authentic connection, the church offers a diverse range of ministries focused on family support, youth engagement, and local outreach initiatives. By fostering a “come as you are” environment, Heartland Church strives to be a place where individuals can find support, spiritual guidance, and a sense of belonging while working together to serve the needs of the greater Indianapolis area.
