Buu-Linh Tran is SVP with JMT Consulting. She brings over 30 years of experience in public accounting and consulting, with deep expertise in financial systems and technology transformation. Summary of Experience
Heather is a nonprofit subject matter expert with over 25 years of accounting experience,
predominately in public accounting. Heather leads teams performing accounting and
consulting services, providing clients with expertise and superior service, including advisement on implementing
new accounting standards, effective internal controls and best practices. Heather is dedicated to quality, timely
delivery and client satisfaction, enabling organizations to thrive and advance their missions.
Heather leads Han Group’s Continuing Professional Education program where she creates, coordinates and
teaches content related to new and existing accounting standards to internal team members, clients, and
attendees of various conferences such as the AICPA Not-for-Profit Industry Conference.
Prior to joining Han Group, Heather gained non–profit accounting aptitude as an auditor and client accounting
services manager with Raffa, PC (now CBIZ).
