Support Case Payment for Non-EVP Clients
If you are looking for support related to your accounting system but are not a member of JMT Consulting’s Extended Value Plan support program, you may purchase a one-time support case using the button below.
What happens next:
- Your successful payment of $250 will trigger a notification to our support team. Someone will respond within 2 hours (during regular business hours) to discuss your request and/or initiate a support ticket.
- If our team determines the nature of your request exceeds the complexity and time commitment of a standard support-related issue, your Client Account Manager will be in touch to scope and initiate a services-related project with our Professional Services team. Your $250 payment will be credited towards your total project fee.
